Specifically designed to neutralize the results of WAVE IT MILD and INTENSE.
directions for use: with a applicator bottle from 500 ml dilute with water in ratio 1:4 i.e. mix 400 ml warm water and 100 ml of neutralizing. Repeatedly applying 2/3 on curlers of neutralizing direct from the applicator bottle. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Play gently curlers and apply the remaining 1/3. You do not need more exposure time. Rinse thoroughly.
