Particular care is dedicated to the creation of the strands. Countertyping' which is the first step' is done with very precision to ensure our customers have a very high level of color matching. The range of colors that can be made is practically infinite so that we can satisfy every need of our customers. The strands can be made in various types: sizes'widths' formats'multicoloured' fixed or detachable, etc.
At Cartacor, creativity has no limits. The types of locks that can be made by Cartacor Italia are the most varied, thus giving the possibility to customize your color chart to the maximum by choosing the shape of the lock that best suits the product to be presented.
In addition to the shape and size of the strands, it is possible to choose from a series of removable supports on which they are mounted, which make the color charts special and versatile. The yarn is purchased raw and then subjected to treatment and dyeing processes, this allows us to offer a wide range of shades.
At different times of the production process, a quality check is carried out on the color of the yarn, thus ensuring the maximum correspondence between the strands inserted in the folder and the samples approved by the customer.
