BLEACHING POWDER COMPACT NO AMMONIA : WHITE AND BLUE
The ammonia-free bleach powder compact allows you to get streaks of color, light strokes and a strong discoloration, working gently on the natural pigment of the hair.

method of use : every 30 grams of bleaching powder compact, mix 60 ml of milk oxidant at 10, 20, 30 or 40 volumes in a plastic bowl depending on the effect of bleaching desired. Shake well, then using a brush, apply the mixture on the locks for decolorarle.
Approximate time of application : Depending on the volume of milk oxidant used : 10 to 15 minutes for a discoloration average, 15 to 30 minutes or strong bleaching streaks.
