Specific oxidizing emulsion for mixing with cream coloring Silky Color, but can be used with any type of dyeing. It is highly stabilized, thus ensures the stability of the volumes and allows, mixed with the dye cream, to have the ideal pH during the chemical activity of the product on the hair. In addition to enabling the oxygen oxidizes the coloring matter, brings in a mixture of active substances with protective functions and treating the hair fiber.
